A highly effective option and a real timesaver. Private lessons enhance concentration by helping students feel more relaxed and confident, and are a sure-fire way to master the language. What’s more, we can tailor your schedule to your availability and budget.
- Define your needs: Oral, written.
- Set your objectives: See description of levels.
- Choose a scheduling option: Morning, noon, afternoon, late afternoon, or evening.
- Decide on class frequency: Once or twice a week—or more.
- Make an appointment by phone for your oral placement interview.
- Prepare your text for your written evaluation if you are taking a writing course.
- We will prepare the necessary documents (contract, invoice), which will be sent to you by fax or by email.
- You return your approval to us.
- You send us your payment.
- We confirm the name of your teacher.
- Your courses begin!
Group lessons in the workplace
Placement testing for workplace group classes and private lessons
Conversation courses: We conduct one 15 to 20 minute interview per person.
Writing courses: We ask applicants to do an oral placement interview and write a two-page, double-spaced text.
- Survey your employees.
- Make an appointment for the oral placement interviews. We will travel to your premises if more than four employees will be participating.
- Draw up a schedule (15 minutes per person) for evaluation day.
- Choose a scheduling option: Morning, noon, afternoon, late afternoon, or evening.
- Decide on class frequency: Once or twice a week—or more.
- Participants wishing to take writing classes must prepare a two-page, double-spaced text for the written evaluation.
- Evaluation day:
- We compile the evaluation results and form groups according to level.
- We confirm the groups and schedules.
- We prepare the necessary documents (contract, invoice), which will be sent to you by fax or email.
- You return your approval to us.
- You send us your payment.
- We confirm the names of the teachers.
- The courses begin!
a) We meet with each employee as scheduled for the oral placement interview.
b) We collect the written texts, where applicable.
c) We discuss the needs and objectives of each employee.
d) We take note of scheduling possibilities based on the information supplied by the employer.
